Right of withdrawal if the minimum number of participants required for a tour is not reached

If the minimum number of 8 participants per guided motorcycle tour or 12 participants per classic car tour is not reached, the tour operator can withdraw from the travel contract up until the final date of registration for the tour in question. In this case each participant will be informed immediately.

Motorcycle rental in Scotland and Ireland

Motorcycle clothing

Each motorcycle tour participant is personally responsible for adequate motorcycle clothing since it is not provided by the tour operator. Motorcycle clothing can be hired after consultation the local motorcycle hirers.

Luggage transport in accompanying service vehicle (1 suitcase per tour participant)

Vehicle breakdown

Should your vehicle break down and not be able to be repaired at short notice, this does not entitle you to withdraw from the travel contract. In this case, you are personally responsible for all arising consequences and costs.

Insurance cover

Our clients enter no risk when they book with us. We comply with legal regulations concerning insolvency risk. The travel price paid to us is covered from the very start by an insolvency insurance in accordance with article 651 k of the German Civil Code. With the booking confirmation each client receives a certificate of insolvency insurance which includes an additional travel resignation insurance. The travel price paid to us is covered by an insolvency insurance in accordance with the German Civil Code by the company TRAVELSAFE GmbH, Neuburger Str. 102f, 94036 Passau, Germany, Phone 0049-851-52152 at the ZURICH Versicherungsgruppe Deutschland AG. We also have tour operators liability insurance in accordance with the German Civil Code by the company TRAVELSAFE GmbH, Neuburger Str. 102f, 94036 Passau, Germany at the HDI-Gerling Firmen und Privat Versicherung AG.

Insurance for travel abroad

The travel price includes a travel resignation insurance. The travel price do not include additional travel insurance abroad. All disadvantages and costs resulting from a non-existent or insufficient travel insurance abroad are at your expense, which is why we recommend taking out a special insurance for travel abroad. We co-operate with EUROPÄISCHE REISEVERSICHERUNG AG.
The EUROPÄISCHE REISEVERSICHERUNG AG contains insurance coverage for luggage, breaking-off of a tour and health as well as insurance against delay. You can order additional travel insurance abroad easily online at our website.
